Colorado Road Construction Accident
A tractor trailer on Highway 69 near the town of Westcliffe, Colorado collided with a vehicle stopped at a construction site with workers present. The impact caused the truck to veer into the construction site where it struck a worker before slowing to a stop.
Unfortunately, the driver of the truck, 57 year old Robert White, and the worker struck by the truck, 20 year old Jeff Mosher, didn’t make it.
This event is an unnerving reminder of the dangers faced by road construction workers on active roadways. It is imperative to take every precaution we can to ensure the safety of roadway workers.
The thoughts of NIP Group and the SitePro team go out to the families of these two men.
